thanksgiving

Dad and Mom are so proud of our Mia - she did excellent on our trip to visit the Caporales for Thanksgiving. We left early Thursday morning. When we got to great grandma and grandpa's house, Aunt Christie was there as a surprise! (mommy just knew it!). Everyone was there. Mia enjoyed seeing her cousin Christopher, and Aunt Christie and Kelly, Uncle Jason, Grandpa Cap, and all of her great aunts, uncles, cousins, and great grandparents. She loved when Aunt Jean played the Charlie Brown song, she shook her hand to dance! She did super in the car, slept great at Grandpa's and was so happy and social with everyone.

Mia is finally starting to clap, we started teaching her about a week ago and she is picking it up. She also can give us "five". With the recent Melamine scare in baby formula, we decided to switch to an organic brand until we start weaning her onto organic milk, it's so scary what the FDA has been finding and letting go! You really have to research things on your own and be your baby's advocate!
