Annie's recap

Annie is a stitch - funny as can be. The stuff she comes up with and says....I don't know where she came from some days :) For example she made up the term "poopy dingo"..Annie what does that mean "it's when you fart and sneeze at the same time". Gross but out of her mouth - cute!

Annie is amazing. So smart and savvy, I just like to stand back and watch her. I like spending time with her, she is truly my little buddy.

She did really great at the private school last year - it was a long day for her but she learned so much and her teachers really broke her into the idea and routine of school. She gets shy still but has really started to make her own friends...and let me tell you she has a mind of her own and has become quit decisive. Which actually makes her easy to deal with but other times a bit difficult. But she is a sweetheart and gives violent hugs.

We had a great summer. She was brave and attended vacation Bible camp..swim lessons on the other hand she quit midway though. She isn't afraid of swimming but I think the lessons (a big group not like last summer) overwhelmed her.

This year she is enjoying preschool four days a week at the same school Mia attended. Ms. Carol (we are so blessed to have her) takes her to school and picks her up and then I get her at noon. So Annie and I have lots of time together which is fun.

She looks up to Mia but at the same time bosses her around. Annie started soccer this season and after a rough start she is loving it! Her confidence is building up and she is coming into her own athlete. She will start piano lessons next month and she is beyond excited. She did ballet all winter/spring and had a dance recital last May which was super cute. She does great on the scooter now and is a pro at the two wheeler with training wheels. She learned to swing this summer and that's ALL she wants to do at the park - she gets really high too!

She has made lots of new friends but doesn't stick to one BFF like Mia seems to do. One day Grace was her BFF, then the next day is was Jessica then the next day it was Delaney...who knows who will be next. Friday we took her to the annual Sock Hop...last time she was there was when Mia was in preschool so it was a bit surreal to be going to the Sock Hop for Annie! She was too cute with her girls friends - all of them happen to be blonde too.

She is a stich, and still LOVES babies....she plays babies at home and LOVES going to Carols as she and her daughter Katie babysit a bunch of babies so Annie just adores it.

Here are some photos of Annie this year - she is growing so fast getting tall!
